Black Pearl
Black Pearl is a firm, crunchy cherry. It's quite large and firm, with a milder, sweeter flavor.
Black Pearl, the first release from the Cornell program aimed at West Coast growers, harvests eight days before Bing.
We planted Black Pearls as an additional pollenizer, and we are super excited to see where this newer cherry variety takes us.
